  • Storage of Backups: Using web hosting space primarily for the storage of backup files, unrelated to the website’s primary function. Users must maintain backups of their websites and related data on separate platforms and cannot solely rely on Patriot Digital Services, LLC for data restoration.
  • File Sharing and Streaming: Hosting platforms for file sharing, peer-to-peer networks, or streaming services without proper licensing and authorization.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited and unauthorized electronic messages in bulk, commonly known as spam. This includes using our services to send spam emails, comments, or other forms of unsolicited communication.
  • Malware and Hacking: Distributing, hosting, or promoting malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or any other malicious software. Engaging in activities aimed at compromising the security of our systems or other users’ systems, including hacking, phishing, and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Fraudulent Activities: Engaging in fraudulent activities, including impersonating others, creating fake accounts, and using payment information without authorization.

Activities that harm other websites on the same IP address or server, such as creating link farms, are strictly prohibited.
